چکیده
Continuous generating gear grinding with vitrified worms is an established process for the hard finishing of gears high-performance transmissions. Due to increasing requirements in terms power density, required surface roughness continuously decreasing. In order meet tooth flank roughness, common manufacturing processes are polish elastic bonded tools and fine tools. The behavior potential different bonds producing super surfaces have not been sufficiently scientifically investigated yet. Therefore, objective this report evaluate these potentials. Part investigations bonded, as well comparable grit sizes. tool specifications empirically independent grain size, focusing on influence bond. One result was that could be reduced nearly same values tool. Furthermore, a dependence selected parameters determined. However, it found out profile line after significantly dependent strategy used.

In-Process Electrical Dressing of Metal-Bonded Diamond Grinding Wheels
A new development of hybrid in-process electrical dressing of metal-bonded diamond grinding wheels is proposed in this paper. The electrical dressing method is used for overcoming the limitations of the conventional dressing methods available in relation to a super-abrasive wheel because of the hardness of its abrasive grains and the durability of its bonding material. The proposed hybrid in-pr...
متن کاملFixed-Load Electrolytic Dressing With Bronze Bonded Grinding Wheels
In electrolytic in-process dressing (ELID), a metal-bonded grinding wheel is dressed as a result of anodic dissolution. In this paper we describe experiments to evaluate the potential for ELID on bronze wheels in fixed-load grinding applications. A constant-force grinding apparatus was used to determine appropriate ELID conditions for a 10-20 \xm bronze bonded diamond grinding wheel used to mac...
متن کاملWEAR RATE PREDICTION OF GRINDING MEDIA USING BPNN AND MLR MODELS IN GRINDING OF SULPHIDE ORES
Nowadays steel balls wear is a major problem in mineral processing industries and forms a significant part of the grinding cost. Different factors are effective on balls wear. It is needed to find models which are capable to estimate wear rate from these factors. In this paper a back propagation neural network (BPNN) and multiple linear regression (MLR) method have been used to predict wear rat...
متن کاملEffect of vitrified bond microstructure and volume fraction in the grinding wheel on traverse internal cylindrical grinding of Inconel alloy 600
The following article examines the influence of glass-crystalline bond in grinding wheels with grains made from microcrystalline aluminum oxide, and specifically its effect upon the values of selected operational indicators in the process of traverse internal cylindrical grinding of surfaces made from Inconel® alloy 600. The experimental test results obtained showed that changes in the bond pha...
متن کاملInvestigation of the Model of Microscopic Contact Parameters for Grinding M200 Using Elastic Abrasive Tool
In this study; utilizing the elastic matrix ball has higher processing efficiency and better superficial quality than traditionalgrinding. The diversity of elastic abrasive tool characteristics contact with bend surface results in irregular wear abrasion, and abrasive tool machining status gets complicated. There is no theoretical interpretation of parameters affecting the grinding accuracy. Bec...
